Hello, and welcome! My journey to this point has been anything but straightforward, and I’m excited to share it with you. I began my career path with a deep desire to help others, which led me to nursing school. However, as I progressed, I realized that the way I was helping wasn’t aligning with my true passion and calling. Life has a way of steering us in unexpected directions, and it was a significant life change that truly shifted my perspective.

After navigating the end of a toxic relationship, I found myself unwell and searching for answers beyond conventional medicine. This quest led me to the fascinating world of natural health and holistic healing. It opened my eyes to the incredible power of understanding our bodies in a more profound and interconnected way. I’m still on this path of discovery and learning, and it’s a journey I know will continue for the rest of my life. I’m excited to share this journey with you, hoping it brings inspiration and healing to you as well.
